How Did RoomingKos Deliver Its First PBSA Project in Clayton?

Marshall Monash, located at 43 Marshall Avenue, Clayton VIC 3168, represents an important milestone for RoomingKos as our first purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project in Clayton.

Our journey in Clayton has been an incredible one. What started with managing rooming houses and shared accommodation has grown into operating larger, purpose-built communities designed specifically for students and young professionals. Marshall Monash was an exciting project from the very beginning and a significant step forward for our team.

The development features 29 fully furnished studio apartments, providing modern, private, and professionally managed accommodation in one of Melbourne’s most established student precincts.

Completed in June 2026, Marshall Monash achieved an outcome that we are incredibly proud of—it was fully leased before completion, with residents secured and ready to move in as the building reached practical completion. The RoomingKos team worked tirelessly throughout the leasing campaign to ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupation, reflecting the strong demand for quality accommodation in Clayton.

Projects like Marshall Monash are never without their challenges. Every development comes with its own setbacks, changing circumstances, and problems to solve along the way.
