Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, study desk, study chair, wardrobe, wall-heater and a mini fridge.

Our residents have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen, bathroom, lounge area, and laundry facilities.
Our communal kitchen is equipped with commnunal fridges, private pantries, and shared appliances like a kettle, stove, and microwave. Laundry facilities are available, and there’s a communal area for relaxing, studying, or dining. The property is maintained with regular cleaning and is secured with electronic key tags and CCTV in all common areas for your safety.
