Our rental is payable on a monthly basis.
The Residential Tenancies Bond Authority holds all Victorian residential tenancy bonds in trust; these include those for rented premises, long-term caravans, rooming houses, and caravan sites under site agreements.

All RoomingKos properties require a bond payment for rentals.
You will receive your lease agreement once the full payment has been received and all required documents are complete.
Yes, you can book up to one month before your intended move-in date, subject to availability. To secure your booking, you’ll need to pay the deposit.
The deposit consists of the first month’s rent, bond, and a cleaning fee.
Yes, it’s okay to book even if you don’t have your student visa yet. As long as you make full payment, the room will be fully secured for you.
However, please note that we cannot send you the agreement before all required documents are complete. If your visa is not approved, don’t worry, we will give you a 100% refund.
There are no hidden costs, your rent includes all standard utilities. However, additional charges may apply for things like replacement keys or lockout assistance.
