About Student Sanctuary

Every sanctuary is named after a native plant.

A living symbol of resilience, belonging and Australian culture.

A new city brings new norms, new cultures and unfamiliar streets. For students, every day is a step towards independence, balancing study while navigating a completely different way of life. Parents worry about safety, the right neighbourhood, the cost of living and whether home will feel secure.

Student Sanctuary exists to ease that transition. Each residence is designed to be affordable, dependable and welcoming, giving students the privacy of their own room alongside shared spaces that foster community.

Just as native plants are grounded in the local landscape, our sanctuaries are places where young people can feel anchored, adapt, explore and grow with confidence, academically, socially and personally.

Live and Work Like a Local

The staff at RoomingKos are super friendly genuine people who are helpful and approachable. They make the moving process simple and easy for tenants. Property managers are quick to respond to enquiries and keep on top of maintenance and cleanliness in common areas. I loved my time at Argyll street. I stayed for 2 years and it felt like my home away from home.

RoomingKos Caulfield has been my home away from home since the time I’ve landed in Melbourne in 2022. The managers are very kind and approachable. They are just a text/call away. Fabrianne manages really well and she is super friendly. Nathan and his entire team is doing great work. The location is highly convenient for students.

Their commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our shared spaces has made a significant positive impact on the living environment. Their exemplary behavior sets a high standard for others to follow. We are truly fortunate to have Freddie as a valued manager of our student housing community.
